This fabulous 4 story building can sleep up to ten (10) comfortably. It is tastefully designed with 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths and two and 1/2 baths. There is public paid parking, in two garages,  just 4 blocks north of this home and it is reasonably priced.

This newly renovated home provides the perfect setting for corporate retreats, meetings or other quiet events. The preference is corporate groups; however, quiet families are welcomed! Absolutely no parties or elevated sounds or music permitted in this home. The owner reserves the right to keep the deposit if the home rules are violated.

For your protection and security, a Rental Contract is emailed to each guest and it must be signed and returned to the owner at:  dccvacationhome@verizon.net to secure your reservation. Pricing starts as low as $399 per night and does not include a one time Cleaning Fee, a one time service fee and taxes.
